    Short stays:

    A short stay supplement of 10% is chargeable, at the discretion of the management, for stays of less than six nights. During busy periods a minimum length of stay is often required.

    Cleaning:

    Please be aware Red C Villas does NOT offer a free cleaning service. If you wish to arrange a quick clean of your accommodation during your stay, this can be arranged with the on-site manager of an extra charge. Please check our T&Cs for rates and more info.

    Local discounts:

    During low seasons we often offer discounts to Egyptian residents. At other times a local discount may not be possible. Please contact us for details.

    Group booking:

    For group bookings requiring three or more units, a discount might be possible. Please contact us for details.
